The Academic Excellence Program (PEA) aims to facilitate access to university and academic success for young people from marginalized neighborhoods.

- Génie Intercommunal Soleil — Intensive academic support for young people in Cité Soleil.
- PREFAC — Professional and academic guidance to help youth find the right career path.
- Excellence scholarships — University funding for deserving students.
- Excellence buffet — Recognition and celebration of academic achievements.
Achievements
Since the program launched, more than a hundred young people have gained access to university, including the State University of Haiti, Université Quisqueya, and Infotronique d’Haïti.
