Overview

The Ministère Pasteur Enock (MPE) is a non-profit, secular and non-partisan social group, founded on October 4, 2006 by Pastor Jean Enock JOSEPH and other leaders of CONOCS (Collectif des Notables de Cité Soleil).

MPE was born in response to the absence of the State and the conditions of social and economic precarity in which a large part of the population of Cité Soleil lives.

Inspired by the vision of its founder, MPE promotes change through education as the main lever of social transformation. It works to improve the living conditions of Haitians and the effective enjoyment of fundamental rights, notably the right to life, security, health and food. This transformation necessarily involves civic and political education enabling citizens to better understand their rights, choose responsible leaders and defend their interests.
